This program focuses on conflict resolution strategies. While the ultimate approach to conflict training is on prevention, this workshop will help the learner to discover new strategies that are aimed at: managing conflict (with a focus on conflict resolution styles); dealing with difficult people; and finding new strategies that will ultimately achieve a win-win outcome.
